Resource Title

Action on Community Transformation Community Toolkit

Summary

Global Action Plan’s toolkit ‘Action for Community Transformation’ introduces a programme based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, whereby together, through active, transformational learning, we explore the interconnected nature of poverty, inequality and climate change and imagine new solutions. The core focus of the toolkit is to help communities to understand how the goals are interlinked and how the fight against climate change helps to address poverty eradication locally and globally. GAP believes these steps are necessary in order to work towards a sustainable community, society and world.

The toolkit is motivated by the idea that, through critical thinking and reflection, we can aim to work towards taking action for positive change.
