Global Rights, Noble Goals seeks to put the plight of refugees and the drivers of migration into a wider political context with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) s as a tool providing insight and authority.
The activities challenge young people to be empathetic to the stark reality and perilous journeys facing people on the move and migrants, including giving some insight into what it might be like to have to live that reality and make the tough choices facing their fellow human beings every day.
It includes:
- 14 activities across a range of age groups and showing related ‘SDG’ per activity
- Covers themes such as the importance of language, myths and facts about migration, the decision to leave (or stay), why people move, storytelling and advocacy and more.
- Beautiful illustrations and worksheets
- activities that challenge and support young people to think about their own role in the world.
