Description

This pack includes five different activities using resources from Latin America, and all can be used in English or Spanish. Also, curriculum links for all activities are also included for both the Irish junior and senior cycles.

The five activities are:

Introductory activity: We are men and women/Somos mujeres y hombres (Some prompts in Spanish only, but can easily be translated)
Activity 1: Women in Latin America/Mujeres en América Latina
Activity 2: Máxima Acuña (Peruvian farmer and environmentalist)
Activity 3: Moira Millán: Rebel with a cause/Moira Millán: Rebelde con causa
Activity 4: Women who Make History/Mujeres que Hacen Historia (Readings in Spanish only, can easily be translated)
